Ultimate Pharma has 6 production lines

• Phase I:

                 - Wraptech machine for purified water capacity 

                    consists of 5,000 bags of 50 ml per hour

• Phase II:

                 - 3 machines from brand name Rommelag 321 

                 - Using BFS (Blow, Fill, Seal) technology without any

                    human intervention. 

                     1. The 1st one produces large volume bottles

                     (Polyethylene) capacity consists of 2000 bottles of 

                     500ml per hour.

                     2. The 2nd one produces large volume bottles

                     (Polypropylene) capacity consists of 1,800 bottles of 

                     500ml per hour.

                     3. The 3rd one produces small volume bottles (water 

                     for injection, Eye drops and Plastic ampoules )

                  - The WFI capacity consists of 7,000 ampoules per hour

                  - Eye drops capacity consists of 5,000 bottles per hour.

• Phase III:                 

                 - Vials and ampoules are strategic products in phase III

                   (soon).
